Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Products marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Percy Baker is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
